www.offplanproperty.info is owned and operated by Off Plan International Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Balkan Holdings plc which in turn is a holding company with diverse business interests in Eastern and Central Europe.

Due to our various commercial undertakings (initially in Bulgaria) it rapidly became apparent to us that there was a huge interest in the property markets of ALL of the emerging economies of Central and Eastern Europe but not one single web site or library existed where ALL information could be found regarding these countries or their property markets. Therefore OFFPLANPROPERTY was formed to pull together the vast array of disparate information available on the Internet (and from other sources) into one coherent and easy to use portal.                          

What we are NOT saying is that we have covered all bases. There is certainly much more information that will evolve and be included on this site over time. What we ARE saying is that this site contains or links to most information that anyone would ever need if you were considering or were interested in the off plan property markets of Eastern and Central Europe.
